ATLANTA, Ga. -- The trial for accused Atlanta courthouse shooter Brian Nichols will resume on July 10th.
The trial was suspended during jury selection in October, because there were problems funding Nichols' defense.
Prosecutors asked at a hearing Monday that the trial resume June 16th, but the defense asked for September 8th start date.
Nichols is accused is of killing a state judge, a court reporter and a sheriff's deputy, then killing a federal agent who was working on his home near Buckhead in Atlanta in March of 2005.
