11th burn victim dies in Augusta

AUGUSTA, Ga.---The refinery explosion and fire near Savannah has claimed its eleventh victim.

A patient recovering at the Joseph M. Still Burn Center in Augusta died Saturday night, according to a hospital spokesperson.

His name will not be released at the family's request.

Another patient died Friday at the Burn Center. An obituary in Monday's
"Savannah Morning News" identified him as McKinley "Von" Habersham Sr. He was 30 years old.

This is the third patient to die in Augusta since the explosion two weeks ago.

14 patients are still recovering. 12 are in critical condition and two are in serious condition.
