Two class action lawsuits are making their way through the courts right now and both could end up putting some extra cash in your pocket.
The first one is with Bed, Bath and Beyond. The retail chain is being accused of misrepresenting the amount of threads in its two-ply products like sheets, pillowcases and comforters.
You can file a claim in it if you purchased multi-ply bedding items between August of 2000 and November of 2007. The key is that you have to have a receipt to get a refund.

Next up, is a class action lawsuit against diamond giant Debeers. Anyone in the U.S. who bought a diamond between January 1994 and March 2006 can
file a claim. And, it is expected to be a multi-million dollar lawsuit and possible settlement.
The gist of this lawsuit has to do with Debeers being accused of manipulating the diamond market and controlling prices.
