AIKEN, SC---Investigators in Aiken County say one of two additional suspects accused in the death of 20-year old Jeremy P. Leaphart is now in jail.

19-year-old Marion Abner, Jr. was arrested at a relative's home in Saluda County. He's now in the county jail there. Abner will be charged with kidnapping and murder. 28-year old Johnnie Walker is facing charges of accessory after the fact murder.

Investigator say Abner drove Leaphart to Hutto Pond Road, where he was shot. Then Abner drove the body to Lexington county, where he and others, including Walker, left the body under a pile of debris in front of an abandoned home on Dozier Road.

Deputies say the shooting happened in late December, but Leaphart's remains were not discovered until mid-January.

I think that this whole situation is messed up cause one mintue they (investigators) blame one person then the next they blame another. So they might as well stop looking for other people until they get the story right!!!!!!
