Advance voting in Georgia

AUGUSTA, Ga.---The Georgia presidential primaries are Tuesday, February 5th for Democrats and Republicans.

Advance voting statewide begins Monday, January 28 and continues through Friday, February 1. You can also cast an absentee ballot before election day.

In Augusta, three advance voting locations will be open: The Board of
Elections office in the Municipal Building, 530 Greene St., Henry Brigham
Community Center, 2463 Golden Camp Rd, and the Warren Rd. Recreation Cetner, 300 Warren Rd. Voting hours are 8:30 am to 6 p.m. at those locations.

You can call the Richmond County Board of Elections at (706) 821-2340 to learn more.

If you live in another Georgia county, you should check with your local
Board of Elections for information on location and hours of advance
voting.

One final reminder: You must show a picture ID in order to cast a ballot.
