AUGUSTA, GA-- Two juveniles are in custody, accused of pointing a gun at officers on patrol at the Medical College of Georgia.
It happened around 12:45 this morning when officers spotted the juveniles near the Wellness Center.
According to investigators, officers approached the kids to ask them some questions. That's when one of the juveniles pulled out a gun and pointed it at the officers.

The kids ran away and dropped their weapon, which went off.
No one ended up getting hurt, and the kids were apprehended.
The Medical College of Georgia Public Safety Division released one 14-year-old male juvenile to his mother about 3 a.m. this morning, and another 16-year-old male was transferred to the Youth Development Center about 7:30 a.m. following an incident on the campus about 12:45 a.m.
