AIKEN CTY, S.C. --- Lots of high school students have new laptops to use at school. Midland Valley High School purchased 440 laptops with a one million dollar grant from the state of South Carolina.

The laptops were delivered Wednesday night. Students and staff have been busy getting them loaded up, and ready to go.

Dr. Doris Hickson, Midland Valley Principal says it's time to take learning to a new level.

"The challenge is there to explore so many things and I hope our teachers and students take full advantage of the opportunity."

The lucky ninth graders will be able to use the computers during their next four years in school.
