AUGUSTA, Ga. -- Crews have responded to an explosion at a home on Sheffield Circle in Augusta, near Boy Scout Road.

No injuries or deaths have occurred as a result of the explosion.

The family of five was outside of the home at the time.

An investigator is on the way, but they are pretty sure the water heater exploded. One of the family members had oxygen tanks inside the home, which also ignited.

Firefighters are still on the scene putting out hot spots.
