Everyone carries a cell phone these days, but only you know which of your contacts should be called if you are in an accident.

However, that can be easily changed with a little "ICE."

It's called icing your cell phone, but there are no cold temps involved. I.C.E. stands for In Case of Emergency.

There's a push for you to store the number of your emergency contact under the name ICE. If you're in an accident or unconscious, someone can simply scroll through your phone and look for the word ICE.

Then they'd be able to call that person and let them know what happened to you. You can also add ICE 2, ICE 3 or ICE 4 if you have more multiple contacts.

And, first responders say there are definitely a number of times a designation like that could be a big help during an emergency
