BATH, SC -- Investigators are trying to figure out what caused a home in Bath to go up in flames this morning.
It happened just before 1:00 am at 9 Huckabee Street.
The owner, a 64-year-old woman, was sleeping at the time. She says she woke up to a "popping" noise and discovered the fire.
She was able to get out safely.
She had just purchased the home in November.
Firefighters say there is significant damage to the home. At one point, it was completely engulfed in flames.
Right now, investigators do not believe it's suspicious.
