Evans, GA-- State Representative Ben Harbin was cited for drunk driving back in July of last year but every time he was supposed to go to court, the hearing was rescheduled.
In fact, the canceling of his latest hearing brings the total to seven delays.
Atlanta police say Harbin hit a utility pole back in May. Harbin told police he braked to avoid a pedestrian, but he refused to take a blood test.
There were no injuries.
Harbin's next court date is set for April 29th.
