January 7, 2008; News 12 This Morning

AIKEN COUNTY -- The judge in charge of the James Brown estate case says he's not going anywhere.
News 12 has learned Judge Jack Early is refusing to step down from the case.

This comes after two of the former trustees claim he forced them to resign.

Former trustees Buddy Dallas and Alford Bradley resigned in November after years of handling brown's finances.

Judge Early says he did not force anyone to do anything.
