AIKEN, S.C. --- New York Senator Hillary Clinton drew a large crowd of at least a thousand people on her presidential campaign stop. It was a very energetic crowd. On Tuesday, Senator Clinton telling them her experience in Washington at the White House and in the Senate, is what makes her the best choice for the next US President.

This woman -- leading the way for more than a thousand people to see Democratic Presidential Candidate Senator Hillary Clinton in Aiken.

"It's sort of a once in a lifetime opportunity to see her speak," says Sandy Vogus.

She wasn't alone. This man standing right by her side.

"Have an opportunity to meet someone I think in my belief is going to be the next President of the United States," says Robert Lans.

In a 45 minute speech - along with some questions and answer time - Senator Clinton laying out 4 big goals. The first: restoring America's leadership around the world.

"That begins with ending the way in Iraq and bringing our troops home as quickly and responsible as possible," says Senator Clinton.

The second: rebuilding a strong and prosperous middle class. She says that means working on energy efficiency plans, having everyone on a health care system and improving education.

"And, I'm going to end the unfunded mandated No Child Left Behind... which isn't working for our students, our teachers and our schools," says Senator Clinton.

"The children here need better education. They need all the extra help they can get with their scores," says Janet Gartunt.

The third: Reforming government. And the fourth: taking care of the children.

"I think her plan to reestablish our stature on the world scene again. Very rational, reasonable. And I'd love to see her win," says Van Lunans.

"I believe once again, we will be proud of our nation and work together if you give me the chance to be your president," says Senator Clinton.

Senator Clinton telling the large crowd.. she wants to reform the government by appointing qualified people in powerful position. And to take care of the children by making sure the younger generation is ready for the future. The South Carolina Democratic Primary is set for January 26th. The states Republican Primary a week earlier on January 19th.
