Delta Airlines is facing a $115,000 fine for ignoring its customers. The Transportation Department is fining Delta for failing to respond to customer requests for on-time records of its flights. The feds have also told Delta to shape up.
The problems involve several connection carriers, including ASA, which flies through Augusta.
In September, nearly a quarter of all flights arrived late. That's the worst record in over ten years.
A couple other airlines were also fined.
