Judge in Atlanta courthouse shooting case to be reviewed

October 26, 2007

ATLANTA, Ga.---The Georgia House is expected to look at the judge presiding over the Atlanta courthouse shooting case.

The House wants to look into the high cost of Brian Nichols' defense team.

Superior Court Judge HIlton Fuller is a retired judge, assigned to the Nichols case after all the Fulton County judges recused themselves.

Nichols' defense costs are nearly $2 million so far, and a jury has not even been picked.
