Identity theft is something you hear about all the time and chances are, you know someone who's been a victim. But just how safe is your identity?
There's actually a good quiz you can take online to see just how vulnerable you are to identity theft.
It just takes a minute or two, but it's good way to assess your situation and learn how you can change it.
The quiz takes you through a number of questions that gauge how secure you keep your information.
It asks questions like whether or not you receive mail with sensitive information on it in an unlocked mailbox, as well as how often you check your credit report.
It even asks how often you shred your documents.
There are about 10 questions in all and then you get a score. The best score is a zero and the worst is a 100.
If you don't get a perfect score, you get some advice on how to make your score better and your identity more secure.
If you want to take the quiz, just click on the link below.
