Deadly wreck on Deans Bridge Road

AUGUSTA, Ga.---A wreck on Deans Bridge Road this morning turned deadly.

Kimberly Somers of Augusta died of blunt force trauma after the accident. Two other people were injured.

Officers say one vehicle, headed southbound, crossed the center line and hit a van head-on. A total of three cars were involved. We're told everyone was wearing seat belts.

The area in the 3200 block was blocked much of the morning.

    HTis exactly shows that even when your wearing your seatbelt you can still die so why do we even have to where ours we still sre going to die either way so whatever!!

    I am so sorry kim. I never knew you would leave so fast. we had our moments, but i never got to say i am sorry. and i enjoyed working with you in the bakery. you will be missed and may god blessed you kids.
