AUGUSTA Ga. A grand jury has indicted two teenagers for two different crimes.
Meguel Demarcus Whaley was indicted on 10 counts including hijacking a car, armed robbery, reckless driving, and firearm charges.
In July investigators say then 17 year old Whaley and Todderius McNorrill robbed an Evans man who was walking near Wheeles Road Elementary.
Deputies say they tied the man up, covered his eyes and mouth with tape, stole his money then took off in his car.
Investigators later found the car on Deans Bridge Road. The driver had lost control and hit a fence.
16 year old Derell Demarcus Little was indicted by a grand jury for armed robbery, aggravated assault, and possession of a firearm for a shooting incident on Bahama Drive in June.
Investigators say Little shot a man in the leg who was trying to buy drugs.
