AUGUSTA, Ga.---Fire crews say a cigarette most likely started a grass fire at Augusta Tech tonight. Augusta-Richmond County fire crews responded to the fire which started near the Lumpkin Road entrance a little before 9 p.m.
News 12 is told the fire spread to a shed which received some damage to the outside. Officials say they got the fire contained quickly and they were watching out for hot spots.
