Suspect in hit and run arrested

RICHMOND CTY., Ga. – The woman wanted in connection to the hit and run on Wrightsboro Road last week has been arrested.
According to the Richmond County Jail, Priscilla Penny Hobbs was arrested yesterday and charged with leaving the scene of an accident.
Investigators say Jacqueline Annette Greene was hit around 8:30 p.m. on August 27 near the 12th Street and Wrightsboro Road intersection. A witness had told deputies they asked Hobbs to stay, but she said she didn't have a license and had to go.
