RICHMOND COUNTY, Ga. ---- Two men have been arrested for the murder of Tremell Walker on Forsythe Street.

Deputies say that Carlton Wadley was arrested on Tobacco Road after the Sheriff's Office got a call that he wanted to turn himself in. Brett Palmer then turned himself into the Sheriff's Office.

Both are charged with murder, possession of a firearm during a crime, and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

We have also confirmed that the victim, Walker, was arrested in February and charged with aggravated battery for allegedly hitting Palmer in the arm with a golf club. We're told the two men had been feuding back and forth since that incident occurred. Until early this morning when investigators believe Palmer and Wadley shot and killed Walker.
