1 dead after accident in Denmark

DENMARK, S.C. (WRDW) -- A 73-year-old man died after an accident in Bamberg County on Thursday.

The accident happened at the intersection of Voorhees and Capernaum roads around 5 p.m.

Bamberg County Coroner Willard Duncan confirmed Frank Conley died of injuries sustained in the accident.

Investigators say Conley ran a stop sign and hit another car. They say no charges will be filed, as Conley was at fault in the accident.
