AUGUSTA Ga.-- Some local veterans got a big treat today. Several band members from KISS, the 70s rock band known for their crazy makeup, visited the uptown VA this afternoon.

Band member Paul Stanley told us how impressed they were with our VA hospital.

"These people live this 24/7. They not only talk the talk, they walk the walk. They've gone the mile and for us, and to take a little bit of time to come of here and acknowledge them, it's minuscule compared to what these people have done for us."
