The Mayor of San Francisco says pharmacies should be a place people go to get better -- not to get cancer. That's why he's signed a bill banning tobacco sales there. The Mayor says it's the first city in the U.S. to do so. Only pharmacies located inside grocery stores are exempt. If businesses violate the law -- they can face fines from 100 to 1,000 dollars.
