EDGEFIELD, S.C. -- News 12 has learned that a dump site behind an Edgefield County middle school has been cleared up.

The South Carolina Department of Health and Environmental Control tells us they found more materials at the site behind JET Middle School than were originally reported. They are testing samples taken from the site and are waiting for the results of those samples.

Last month the school system was ordered to stop dumping and clean up the site.
