Augusta area gas prices now much lower than Georgia, national averages
Filled up your car or truck lately? Then you've probably noticed the price at the pump isn't so depressing anymore.

AUGUSTA, Ga.---Filled up your car or truck lately? Then you've probably noticed the price at the pump isn't so depressing anymore.

Prices in the Augusta-North Augusta area are in the $3 to $3.25 range for regular. That's now much lower than the Georgia and national average, according to the latest AAA figures.
