4 cups cooked whole wheat pasta
1 jar marinated artichoke hearts un-drained
1 (14.5 oz.) can no added salt diced tomatoes
1 can white beans (drained and rinsed)
½ tsp. Italian seasoning
4 Tbs. Parmesan cheese
After cooking and draining return the pasta to the pan and add artichoke hearts, diced tomatoes, beans and seasoning. Heat thoroughly. Divide pasta mix between 4 plates and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and enjoy.
