Welcome to the new Eating Well with Kim page, and our very first tip! Here we'll be bringing you recipes, tips, and information on how to eat well and live well.

Our first topic: staples. What are good foods to keep on hand in your pantry? Well, you can't go wrong with these:

  • Canned vegetables (no salt added)

  • Canned beans (no salt added)

  • Canned fruit in its own juice

  • Whole grain pasta

  • Whole grain bread

  • Whole grain tortillas

  • Healthy soups (low fat and reduced sodium)
