The Honorable Doug Barnard
From 1977-1993, Mr. Barnard serves as Georgia’s 10th Congressional District Representative. Mr. Barnard had previously served as Executive Secretary to Georgia Governor Carl E. Sanders, Executive Vice President of the Georgia Railroad Bank and Trust Company (now Wachovia), and was a founder of the Community Foundation of the CSRA. He also served on the Alzheimer’s Foundation Day House Project, the board of MCG Health Inc., and is an honorary member of the University Health Care Foundation. Mr. Barnard is also a past President of the American US Army Association.
James Hull
Mr. Hull is a member manager of the Hull Storey Retail Group, LLC, and board member of the First Tee of Augusta, Augusta Preparatory Day School, Community Foundation of the CSRA, Augusta State University Foundation, and formerly served on the boards of Historic Augusta and the Gertrude Herbert Institute of Art, and the Morris Museum of Art.
Clay Boardman
Mr. Boardman is CEO of Augusta Capital, LLC, and board member of MCG Foundation, Community Foundation of the CSRA, Georgia Cities Foundation, Georgia Trust for Historic Preservation, Historic Augusta, First Bank of Georgia, Augusta Tomorrow, Inc., and the First Tee of Augusta.
Jean Roper
Mrs. Roper is Vice President of Queensborough National Bank and Trust and Chair of the Columbia County Chamber of Commerce and board member of the First Tee of Augusta, Executive Committee member of the Georgia Bankers Association Southern Audit and Operations School, past President of the Executive Women’s Golf Association, Augusta chapter, past President of Financial Women International, Augusta chapter and past Chair, Augusta Metro Chamber of Commerce Ambassador Committee.
Boone Knox
Mr. Knox is managing general partner of Knox Ltd. and managing trustee of the Knox Foundation. His corporate directorships include Equity Residential Properties Trust, Cousins Properties, and Fulghum Fibres. He is also a board member of Sacred Heart Cultural Center, the United Way of Thomson, and trustee of the University of Georgia Foundation. Mr. Knox is also Chairman of the Finance Committee of the First United Methodist Church of Thomson, a director of the McDuffie County Development Authority, and former city councilman in Thomson.
