Man facing charges in death outside Windsor bar
Myles Haymans is facing a felony DUI charge after a man was struck and killed by a car at an Aiken County bar. Investigators say there had been a disturbance inside the bar earlier.

WINDSOR, S.C. -- A man is dead after being run over by a car in the parking lot of an Aiken County bar, investigators said Sunday.
Deputies were called to the the bar at 683 Windsor Place around 1:10 a.m. for a disturbance. At least two men were arguing inside.
Myles Shannon Haymans came outside the bar and got into a car, Capt. Troy Elwell with the Aiken County Sheriff's Office told News 12. A group of people surrounded the vehicle as he tried to leave.
Haymans put the car in reverse then suddenly drove forward, striking Misael Ibarra and running over him, Elwell said. Ibarra died at the scene. Hamyans is now facing a felony DUI and is being processed at the county jail.
