Man shot in calf during altercation in Newberry Co.
The victim was treated and has been released from the hospital. Deputies said they would not identify the victim or suspects until the investigation was over.

NEWBERRY, S.C. -- Investigators in Newberry County are looking into a shooting that happened Saturday afternoon on Hendrix Road.
An argument broke out between two men when one of them took out a weapon and shot the other in the calf.
Investigators are talking with several witnesses and the suspects to find out what led to the shooting.
The victim was treated and has been released from the hospital.
Deputies said they would not identify the victim or suspects until the investigation was over.
