Bond set for suspect in fatal hit and run motorcycle accident
A man accused of hitting and killing a motorcyclist stopped on the side of the road is scheduled for a bond hearing Friday morning.

AUGUSTA, Ga--A man accused of hitting and killing a motorcyclist stopped on the side of the road is scheduled for a bond hearing Friday morning.
Bond was set at $25,000 during the hearing.
Gerald Wright was arrested May 22nd after Richmond County deputies say he ran into the back of 34-year-old James Gray's motorcycle along Laney Walker Blvd.
Gray was a soldier at Fort Gordon and died at the scene.
Deputies say Wright left the scene after striking Gray's motorcycle. They caught up and arrested him shortly after the incident.
Wright was charged with Vehicular Homicide, DUI, Open Container, and Fleeing the Scene.
