NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.---A North Augusta man has been sentenced to 20 years in prison after pleading to guilty to voluntary manslaughter in the death of his brother.
Investigators say 54-year-old Paul Hett confessed to killing his 50-year-old brother David in September 2008 after an argument at a home on East Buena Vista Avenue.
