JACKSON, S.C.---New information on the bank robbery that left one suspect dead and two others in jail.

Randy Wilson and Phillip Paul are facing charges for armed robbery and having a gun during that crime.

Shortly after the robbery at First Citizens Bank, the suspects crashed their stolen car. Veteran Jackson officer Andy Keller killed Jelani Edwards with a shot to the chest. Edwards was also armed.

News 12 has learned Edwards has an extensive Florida prison record, including serving time for robbery.

Phillip Paul gave up after the car wreck.

Dozens of officers from two states searched several hours for Wilson. They found him in a house on Williams Way, and he surrendered.

Investigators now think the men could have been involved in a robbery at the Beech Island Credit Union, a bank robbery in Langley and a robbery at Mani's Mart in Beech Island.
