DECATUR, Ga. (AP) -- The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is warning the public about an e-mail circulating on the Internet that has an explicit child pornography video attached.

The GBI's High Technology Unit said Wednesday that the e-mail distributed by a worm virus has surfaced at least twice in Georgia with a video about six minutes long that shows a man having sex with a 2- or 3-year-old girl.

The GBI cautions people not to open the attachment and to contact the agency if they receive an e-mail containing the following: "VERY Disturbing! TAKE CARE OF YOUR KIDS/ they should kill this man, do not open if your sensitive...click video link".

Because it is a worm virus, it could come from an acquaintance without their knowledge.

The GBI says the FBI is investigating the video.
