Murder suspect out of hospital, now in jail

AUGUSTA -- Richmond County investigators say Terrance Riley is out of the hospital and in jail.
Riley is the 4th suspect in the murder of Jerry Tyler. Deputies say Tyler was killed during a home invasion.
Investigators say Riley was accidentally shot 3 times by his co-defendants. He was taken to the Medical College of Georgia for treatment. During his time in the hospital he walked away while taking a smoke break, only to return a few days later. Now he's in the Richmond County jail.
