WAYNESBORO, Ga. -- GBI and the Burke County Sheriff's Office are on the hunt for two murder suspects; a third is in custody charged with murdering 32-year-old Reina Canche. Canche was four months pregnant.

Canche's body was found around 3 o'clock Sunday afternoon down a dirt farm road which was just off of Chapel Road. That's south of the city of Waynesboro.

Sheriff Coursey tells News 12 investigators believe Canche was shot to death early Saturday morning at a home at 2195 Herndon Road, which is about three to four miles away from where her body was discovered. They think the murder took place sometime between midnight and 6 am Saturday morning (November 1).

After she was shot, investigators believe the suspects put her in a truck and drove her to the secluded area. The property owner found the abandoned vehicle with Canche's body inside later Sunday afternoon.

Sheriff Coursey says one man is in custody charged in the murder. Investigators are currently looking for two more suspects who may have fled to the Florida area.

Canche, a Hispanic female, is from the Savannah area. So far, investigators have no motive in this killing.

Canche's body is at the crime lab for autopsy.
