AIKEN, S.C.---The Aiken County Sheriff's Office has arrested a Warrenville man concerning a series of sexual assaults involving a 15-year-old girl.
Phillip E. Jones, 45, 109 Wayland Street, Warrenville, South Carolina, is charged with Criminal Sexual Conduct with a Minor - Second Degree (two counts), Lewd Act upon a Minor (three counts).
Between October 2007 and July 2008, the subject sexually assaulted the victim at a home in Beech Island.
ACSO investigators arrested the subject Wednesday afternoon after questioning at ACSO.
He is being held at the Aiken County Detention Center.
