AUGUSTA, Ga.---Richmond County deputies have nabbed one man wanted in a deadly shooting on Luckey Street, and now, they're on the lookout for a second suspect: Dennis Mingledolph.

Investigators say Mingledoff and Willie Coe were shooting at each other on opposite ends of a truck, and Johnny Davis got caught in the crossfire inside that truck.

Davis was not involved in the shooting. His family says he was in the neighborhood picking up money for some yardwork--hHe was simply in the wrong place at the wrong time.

ITS SAD THAT A MAN CAN GET MORE TIME IN JAIL FOR DRUGS, THAN HE CAN FOR TAKING SOMEONES LIFE. HOW DO YOU MEASURE OR COMPARE SOMETHING LIKE THAT.WHERE IS OUR BETTER JUDGEMENT IN THE COURT SYSTEM THESE DAYS.WHERE IS THE JUSTICE,A MAN PROTECTING HIMSELF GETS MORE TIME, THAN A MAN KILLING AND ROBBING SOMEONE.
