AUGUSTA, Ga.---FBI agents in Augusta now say they took part in the capture of Kiri Datron Lovett. A federal grand jury has indicted him on gun charges. Agents say Lovett and two other men robbed a convenience store about two weeks ago in Montgomery County, Georgia. They were captured after a chase that ended in the Vidalia, Georgia area. However, Lovett escaped from custody earlier this week.

Agents and local police suspected he was at his girlfriend's apartment in Vidalia, Georgia. They surrounded it, and he surrendered after a couple of hours.

He's scheduled for a court appearance in U.S. District Court Friday..
