WAYNESBORO, Ga. -- Inflatables, fresh food off the grill, and kickball for kids and adults filled the atmosphere at Briarwood Apartments.

DJ Kydd Joe, with support from the Waynesboro community, wanted to give families that good old sense of summertime fun.

With 7 Fun In The Field events haven taken place in different neighborhoods throughout the CSRA, Kydd Joe is no stranger to the fun.

Organizers and those from around the Briarwood area believe it is important to let children enjoy themselves as much as possible.

The Power 107 personality said he believes people in his position should see to it that they give back and have a positive influence on the youth.

By the looks of the smiling young faces, the kids got a kick out of Fun In The Field at Briarwood.
