AUGUSTA -- Visitors came by the flock to day two of the Arts in the Heart of Augusta Festival.
With approximately 122 booths between and 8th and 10th streets on Broad Street, visitors stopped by shops to check out the many different forms of artwork and the three different stages to witness the many talented performers.
The Augusta Commons area offered food from countries such as Greece, China, the Phillipines, Jamaica, Korea, Ireland, Germany and many others.
Some of the new events and features of this year's festival were the Troubadour Stage, the Community Talent Show, Hospitality tents to assist the festival's patrons, live streaming of the festival online, limited edition merchandise and an exact change line at the ticket booths.
Visitors and vendors feel that this annual festival adds new sights, sounds and tastes to the Augusta area.
