NORTH AUGUSTA -- The Westobou Festival is just around the corner, and the Arts & Heritage Center of North Augusta is already prepared for their exhibitions in the event.
Exhibitions of the North Augusta Center will be "Carolina's Got Art," which features work from artists across North Carolina and South Carolina; "The Art of Millinery," with works by Elizabeth Tudor; "Expect the Unexpected," which hosts many works by clay artists across the Southeast region; and artwork from the North Augusta Artists Guild.
All of the art exhibitions started on Sept. 6 and will be open to the public until Oct. 29.
Along with the featured artworks, the center will have "An Afternoon with Arts" Oct. 2 and will feature musical performances by Doug and the Henrys, Karen Gordon, and The O.D. Cruisers.
Overall, the Westobou Festival is a platform for artists in the CSRA and throughout the Southeast region to showcase their work and experience the spotlight.
