Martinez Virginia Tech victim funeral arrangements set
Funeral arrangements have been made for Ryan Clark, the young man from Martinez among the first to be killed in the Virginia Tech shootings. His service will be on Monday at noon. Two memorials will be held Saturday.

Funeral arrangements have been made for Ryan Clark, the young man from Martinez among the first to be killed in the Virginia Tech shootings.

His service will be on Monday at noon at Tabernacle Baptist Church on Laney Walker Boulevard.

There will be two memorial services before then.

The first is Friday at noon at Paine College in the Gilbert-Lambuth Chapel.

The second memorial service is Saturday at Lakeside High School, where Ryan graduated in 2002. It gets started at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, in the gym.

News 12 has also learned members of the Marching Virginians Band plan to come to Augusta for the Lakeside service.

Mayor Copenhaver has declared April 23, 2007 a Day of Mourning in Augusta.
