New mercantile shop at Living History Park

NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C.---The Living History Park in North Augusta has a new building. The Mercantile Shop was built by students at the College of the Builders Arts in Charleston. The hauling and placement was donated by various businesses throughout North Augusta and the CSRA.
The College of Builders Arts is a school that teaches the art of building in the 18th and 19th century styles. The Living History Park is located at 299 West Spring Grove Avenue in North Augusta and is used to educate children through living exhibits and demonstrations of colonial life.
