AUGSUTA, Ga. (WRDW) - On this week's Getting Fit with Crystal Neal, the Lead Exercise Physiologist at GRHealth, teaches us the benefits of the recumbent bike.
A recumbent bike is a bike in which you have the ability to lean back and have support for your back. It's different from and upright bike that has not support for your back.
Crystal Neal gives us some tips on using this form of exercise.
