Mistletoe State Park
On President’s Day, children will step back in time to experience the life of our ancestors. This program is for children 8-12 years old. Children will step back in time as they learn the skills of spinning, rope making, candle making, cooking and fire building. They will build their own shelter, hike and learn how important wildlife and plants were to Pioneer everyday living. Children will make their own butter, candle, and apple cobbler.
