WE MENTIONED YESTERDAY, THE DEAL WAS DONE FOR MELLOW MUSHROOM #2 BETWEEN HOME DEPOT AND WALMART IN COLUMBIA COUNTY….

THE BUZZ IS CLEARING OF THE LAND STARTED YESTERDAY ACROSS FROM THE WALMART IN EVANS NEAR HARDEES AND DUNKIN DONUTS…….SEAN LEDFORD OWNS THE DOWNTOWN AUGUSTA STORE AND NOW THIS ONE AS WELL………..

TO MAKE THE DEAL, LEDFORD DID A DEAL TO HAVE THE OWNERS OF Q CARS DRIVE OFF INTO THE SUNSET…. THAT BUSINESS AND INVENTORY IS GETTING CLEARED ALONG WITH ONE OTHER LOT TO MAKE ROOM FOR THE NEWEST MELLOW MUSHROOM…… WHICH WILL ONCE AGAIN COMPETE PIZZA JOINT…RIGHT DOWN THE STREET… JUST LIKE IN DOWNTOWN AUGUSTA…….
MELLOW MUSHROOM KNOWN FOR PIZZA, SUBS, AND SALADS…AND A FUNKY ATMOSPHERE.

That tip came from the latest prize winner in our Buzz on Biz contest…. CHUCK SPENCER of GROVETOWN… he’ll win a $50 gift card………….for his MELLOW MUSHROOM tip. Chuck does HVAC work for Doc Savage Heating and Air and was estimating the job, when he got the “buzz”.

Well lets just hope that it doesn't go down hill and end up like the Pizza Joint in Evans. Anyone been there lately? It is a disgrace. My husband and I went there the other night. It was pretty dead for a Thursday night, lots of empty tables, yet we still had to wait 10 minutes for them to find someone to clean off one of the MANY dirty tables and then when we went to order they told us that it would be an hour or more to get a pizza. This was the last straw since we have had nothing but problems the passed few times we have been there. We do not plan on going back until I hear that things have gotten better.
