E-Z-GO is pulling off a real triple play this week in Augusta…..they have all three of their golf celebrity endorsers pitching their cars…from Arnold Palmer to Jack Nicklaus to Augusta’s Vaughn Taylor… all in different cars matching their personality.
Locally, their marketing department has pumped tens of thousands of dollars into the local economy by buying tv spots on all four broadcast stations..including CBS..and full page ads in the Augusta Chronicle…
Taylor is even featured this month as the cover boy on Travelhost Magazine, wearing his EZ GO Polo shirt.

On top of all of that EZ GO’s president tells me that plant tours have been cranking up at 6am this week, so customers and prospects can see the plant and THEN go as a guest of theirs’ to the tournament.
Once there, they can visit the EZ GO house on across from the National for some refreshments and shuttling of their badges…..
By the way… the new energy efficient EZ GO RXV golf car is showcased during the Georgia Chamber of Commerce’s Red Carpet Tour, which accentuates to visiting executives the benefits of doing business in the Augusta area and the state of Georgia.

Re/Max of Augusta is expanding to Columbia County.
The local office has done so well, that Re/Max of Georgia offered the Augusta office the Columbia County franchise.

Re/Max of Georgia includes more than 160 independently owned offices engaging more than 4000 sales associates.
Nationally, the Re/Max International network is celebrating its 35th year of consecutive growth.

JOHN PATRICK IS FILING REPORTS HOURLY FROM AUGUSTA NATIONAL FOR MANY RADIO STATIONS…..
HE OFTEN COMES BACK WITH SOME NEAT BUZZ…
YESTERDAY ON OUR RADIO BUZZ ON BIZ SHOW HE SHARED THE STORY OF HOW ERNIE ELS WAS A VICTIM OF ROAD RAGE ON WASHINGTON ROAD…..
