Military Appreciation Day is November 15 at Golden Corral. This year is the 10th year they hold the Military Appreciation Monday dinner. The free meal is a special “thank you” to anyone who has ever served in the U.S. military. This means veterans, retired, currently serving, in the National Guard or Reserves.
Outback is showing their appreciation by offering a free Bloomin’ Onion and Beverage (non-alcoholic) to veterans and active duty Military. Their offer is good on November 11, 2010. You must have a military ID, DD214, Current Leave and Earnings Statement, Veterans Organization card or be wearing your uniform.
Anheuser-Busch Parks offers Active Duty Service Members free admission for them and up to 3 dependents to any of their parks once a year – not just on Veterans Day. Throughout 2010, members of the military and as many as three direct dependents may enter SeaWorld, Busch Gardens or Sesame Place parks with a single-day complimentary admission. The Here’s to the Heroes program is only available to Any active duty, activated or drilling reservist, or National Guardsman. Eligible parks include Adventure Island; Busch Gardens Tampa Bay or Williamsburg, SeaWorld Orlando, San Diego, or San Antonio; Sesame Place; Water Country USA; not valid at Discovery Cove and Aquatica. Christmas Town at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, Va. is not included as part of this program.
In the second year of the program, B&Bs for Vets has organized over 800 participating Bed and Breakfasts and Inns across the US and Canada. They will be offering veterans a free night’s stay on November 10th, the night before Veterans Day. This offer is available to both active duty military members and veterans with ID, but space is limited. Each Inn and B&B has at least one room available for this promotion and reservations must be made directly through the participating Inns and B&Bs.
Sam’s Club® locations nationwide will distribute 36,000 Hugo® canes free of charge on November 10th, 11th and 12th, 2010 to U.S. military veterans in need of mobility assistance. Limited quantities available, while supplies last. Sam’s Club® Membership is not required, but proof of military service may be required.

We don’t have one in Augusta or Aiken, but I know there are others that read my blog, so I’m throwing this one out there. No coupon necessary, just show up in uniform or with a picture of you in uniform, or with a valid Military or Veteran ID.
According to this press release, Krispy Kreme nation-wide is honoring service men and women by giving them free doughnuts. This is for all veterans and active military personnel and will happen only on November 11.
Little Caesars in Augusta is honoring the men and women of the United States armed forces this Veterans Day by offering veterans and active military members a free Crazy Bread® with proof of military status. Active military members can show their current military-issued ID card that identifies their rank and branch. Veterans can show their ID card or their DD-214 form.
